B2B & Wholesale Solution-Link to Facebook Lead Ads

Feature Introduction

The B2B & Wholesale Solution app provides you with the ability to interface with lead ads within Facebook (currently named Meta). Once linked to Facebook personal account and assigned public page, the B2B App will automatically sync new leads of the public page ads into inquiry form list.

Prep Work

To properly use this function, the following preparations need to be done:

  • Having an available Facebook account
  • The Facebook account has administrative access to the target public page in Business manager.


The Facebook account has administrative access to the advertising contents of target public pages in Business Manager.



Setting Guidance

Enter the B2B & Wholesale Solution app → Social Media Connection → Link to Facebook.


Click [Connect Facebook account] to jump to the Facebook account authorization interface.


  • All permissions required by the B2B & Wholesale Solution app must be enabled on the permission confirmation page, otherwise the binding will not be successful.


Select the public page that you want to use with B2B & Wholesale Solution app and open permissions, otherwise the connection cannot be established.


Once the binding is complete, your Facebook account will be displayed on the Facebook authorization page.



Then, you need to select and bind the Facebook page that you want to sync the lead form with. Clicking on [Add a new page], the public pages that have been assigned to the B2B & Wholesale Solution app in the authorization step will be displayed. Facebook public pages that are not authorized for the B2B & Wholesale Solution app in the account authorisation step will not be added.

By now, the B2B & Wholesale Solution app will automatically synchronize the lead data received from your lead ads placed in the Facebook system.



Due to the current lack of unbinding event notification in Facebook, if you manually unbind a B2B account in Facebook, the binding status will still be displayed in the B2B plugin, but lead synchronization will not be successful. SHOPLINE recommends that if there is a problem with lead synchronization, please first confirm in the Facebook Business center whether the binding was successful. If you need to continue using SHOPLINE lead integration feature, SHOPLINE recommends that you re-authorize the binding in the B2B plugin.
