B2B & Wholesale Solution: Importing Leads from Meta and TikTok

If you’re running lead generation campaigns on Facebook or TikTok, you can streamline your workflow by importing those leads in bulk into the B2B & Wholesale Solution app. This allows you to manage all potential business inquiries in one centralized place, making it easier to track, follow up, and convert leads into customers. 

In this guide, you’ll learn how to export lead forms from Facebook and TikTok and import them into the B2B & Wholesale Solution for unified lead management. 

Note: Before you begin, make sure your Meta and TikTok lead accounts are connected. Once connected, you can import lead data collected from both platforms using their respective form files.

 

 

Exporting Lead Forms from Meta

To export a lead form from your Meta platform, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Meta Business Suite. 

  2. From All Tools, select Instant Forms under the Advertise section.

  3. In the Forms tab, find the lead form you want to download, and click Download under the Leads column.

Note: Download the lead form file in .csv format (not .xlsx). Otherwise, it cannot be successfully imported into the B2B & Wholesale Solution app.

 

 

Exporting Lead Forms from TikTok

  1. Log in to your TikTok Business Center, go to Accounts, select the desired account, and then click Ads Manager in the pop-up panel.

  2. In TikTok Ads Manager, click Tools, then select Instant Page.

  3. Go to the Instant form tab and locate the form you want to export. Scroll to the right to find the Download Leads column, then click Download Lead Data below it.

  4. In the pop-up window, click Download Now in the Download Lead Data card.

Note: By default, numbers in forms opened with WPS Office or Microsoft Excel may appear in scientific notation. If the ID column is displayed in scientific notation, the import will fail. To ensure a successful import, change the format to Number before importing.

 

 

Importing Lead Forms to B2B & Wholesale Solution

After exporting lead forms from Meta or TikTok, follow the steps below to import them into the B2B & Wholesale Solution app.

  1. Since lead form files downloaded from Meta or TikTok may not be fully compatible with the system, it’s recommended to download and use the following import templates to prevent errors or import failures. You can either use them as reference files to cross-check your exported form or use them directly as templates for import:

  2. Once you’ve verified the form format and confirmed that all information is accurate, go to B2B & Wholesale Solution > Lead and click Import. 

    Info Verification Tips:

    • Use the provided import templates above to ensure correct formatting and avoid identification errors during import.

    • You can configure up to 20 custom fields (for users) in your lead form.

    • The header name for each custom field must not exceed 50 characters, and the field content must not exceed 1,024 characters. Any characters beyond the limit will be automatically truncated by the app.

  1. In the pop-up window, select the platform (Meta or TikTok) from which you want to import leads.3.3_EN.png

  2. Upload the corresponding file and click Import.
