1. What is Flow?
Flow is an automated workflow.
You can use the Flow application to define the operation scenario of a store background as a process.
Whenever this scenario occurs, it will automatically perform actions according to your settings.
2. Use Flow
Step 1: Choose a template and install
The Flow app provide many templates, all of which are common store management scenarios.
You can choose any template, preview its process, and install the template after confirming that it matches your usage scenario.
Note: If the current template cannot meet your scenario, please contact customer service, and we will add and develop a new template scenario as soon as possible.
Step 2: Configure process rules
You can choose triggers, conditions, and actions according to your own scenarios to become your own process
Trigger
You can select the provided trigger scenarios and add filter rules for triggers.
Filtering rules mean: when the triggering scenario is met, the process will not be started until certain conditions are met. For the configuration method of filtering rules, please refer to [Conditions] below.
Condition
1. Clarify your conditions
According to your actual scene, the next action will be executed only when the conditions are met.
- For example, I now want to label the repurchasing customers as [repurchasing customers]. My definition of repurchase is that if the cumulative order exceeds 2 orders (including 2 orders), my condition is that the cumulative order quantity of this customer is greater than or equal to 2.
2. Selection criteria
You can look for the criteria you want from two data sources
- The data that comes with the trigger: basically the data generated in the trigger scene
- For example, order creation trigger, its data is related to the order, including consignee information, delivery address, order amount, order items, etc.
- Scene data related to the trigger: basically the specific data of an element in the trigger scene
- For example, order creation triggers, buyer information is very important in this scenario, you can further obtain buyer details through the customer API
3. Configuration condition value
You can set the specific value of the condition in detail
- For example, I have already found the condition [cumulative order quantity] for the [repurchase customer] label in the above 1, so my condition value is greater than or equal to 2
4. Confirm the relationship between the conditions
If you selected multiple conditions, you can select a relationship between conditions.
When all the conditions are met, you can go to the next step, or any condition is met.
Action
You can customize the specific content of the action.
For example, I now want to label the repurchasing customers as [repurchasing customers]. The content of my label is [repurchase customer].
Step 3: Run Flow
After the process configuration is complete, click [Run], the process will take effect immediately, once the scene is triggered, it will start to execute.
Step 4: View execution results
Check the progress of the process in the form of a flowchart
View the execution time and execution details of each step in text form
