Managing Feeds in List

  • View the feed: After a feed is created, you can click Feed in the navigation bar to view the feed.
  • Filter feeds quickly: You can set filters on the upper left side of the list to quickly find the feeds you want to view.
  • Bulk manage feeds: You can select multiple feeds at one time. Click the Turn on, Turn off, Pull data, and Submit update buttons in the upper left corner to operate the feeds in bulk.
    • Submit update means that you want to submit updated product data to the media channel.
    • Pull data means that you want to obtain the product status in the feed from the media channel.
Note
  • Last update submission time indicates the time when you submitted the latest update successfully on Smart Feed.
  • Last data pull time indicates the last time Smart Feed pulled product status data from the media channel successfully.

Viewing Feed Details

  • View product details in the feed: You can click the name of a feed to go to the feed details page and view information on all products in the feed.
  • Customize product list: From the feed details page, click Custom column in the upper right corner to select the fields displayed in the product list, such as Product ID and Product status. The definitions of product states are as follows:
    • Uploading: The product is being uploaded to the media channel.
    • Filtered: The product is filtered out because it doesn’t meet the product upload rules and requirements and is not uploaded to the media channel.
    • Pending review: The product has been uploaded to the media channel and is waiting for review.
    • Valid: The product has passed the review by the media channel.
    • Invalid: The product failed the review by the media channel.
    • No relevant status: Smart Feed failed to obtain the product status from the media channel. You may need to go to Google Merchant Center (GMC) to check whether the “management program” is activated.
    • Abnormal: If the product status is Abnormal, please contact customer service for help.
  • Filter products quickly: You can set filters on the upper left side of the list to quickly find the products you want to view.
  • Bulk manage products: You can select multiple products and click the Pull data/Submit update/Delete buttons in the upper left corner of the list to operate on the products in bulk. After you delete some products in bulk, their states will change to Filtered, and they will be displayed in the “list of filtered products”. You can remove these products from this list at any time. Once removed, these products will be uploaded again according to the product upload rules.
Note: If the product status is “No relevant status”, please go to GMC to check whether the relevant “management program” is activated. You need to activate at least one manage program before you can use Google Feed.

After the product upload rules are created, you can go to the feed details page, click Product upload rules, edit the rules, and click Save to save the changes.

Note: If the feed is turned on, the editing or deletion of filtered products will take effect in real time. Please be cautious.
