Social Commerce Pro: Feature Highlights

 

This article introduces the advanced features of Social Commerce Pro (SC Pro) to help you fully understand its unique advantages.

The Livestream Campaign Feature

This feature enables you to interact more effectively with your viewers through little games during livestreams. Once you have created a livestream  in the Live Shopping channel, open the livestream studio and access it in the Campaign tab. To create a campaign, simply click Add.

Lucky Draw 

Create a lucky draw event to encourage interaction and attract more viewers. You can configure specific keywords, and customers who comment on your message with the keywords within the specified period of time have the chance to become winners based on the set conditions.

How to set up a Lucky Draw event? 

  • Go to the livestream studio > Lucky Draw > Add
  • Lucky Draw Basic Settings: 
    • Campaign Name: The name of your event.
    • Keywords: The keywords you want your customers to comment on to participate in the event.
    • Winner Quota: How many winners for the event; it can range from 1 to a maximum of 500 per event.
    • Campaign Period: How long the event will run.
  • Advanced Conditions:
    Besides the keywords you want your customers to comment on, you can also set up further entitlement criteria, such as how many friends they have to tag (minimum 1 and maximum 5), whether the customers have liked the posting, whether the customer has won anything before from the same livestream, and whether they have placed an order before.
  • Award:
    You can choose to give products (ensure the product quantity is enough for fulfillment) or discount as awards.

 

Leave comments for discounts

Send a discount voucher to the customers who comment on your message with the keywords in the shortest time. The discount will then be automatically applied at the checkout.

How to set up a Leave comments for discounts event?

  • Go to the livestream studio > Leave comments for discounts > Add
  • Leave comments for discounts Basic Settings: 
    • Campaign Name: The name of your event.
    • Keywords: The keywords you want your customers to comment on to participate in the event.
    • Winner Quota: How many winners for the event; it can range from 1 to a maximum of 500 per event.
    • Campaign Period: How long the event will run.
  • Award:
    You can choose to give products (ensure the product quantity is enough for fulfillment) or discount as awards.

 

Quick response

Design your own questions and answers. Prizes will be awarded to customers who comment on the correct answers in the shortest time.

How to set up a Quick response event?

  • Go to the livestream studio > Quick response > Add
  • Quick response Basic Settings: 
    • Campaign Name: The name of your event.
    • Campaign Question: The question you ask to the viewers.
    • Campaign Answer: The correct answer of the question.
    • Winner Quota: How many winners for the event; it can range from 1 to a maximum of 500 per event.
    • Campaign Period: How long the event will run.
  • Award:
    You can choose to give products (ensure the product quantity is enough for fulfillment) or discount as awards.

 

Bidding promotion

The customer with the highest bid during the bidding promotion will be able to purchase the product with their bid.

How to set up a Bidding promotion event:

  • Go to the livestream studio > Quick response > Add
  • Bidding Promotion Basic Settings: 
    • Campaign Name: The name of your event.
    • Product Name: The name of your product your viewer is bidding.
    • Starting Bid: The starting price for the bidding.
    • Highest Bid: The highest bid price for the bidding.
    • Winner Quota: How many winners for the event; it can range from 1 to a maximum of 500 per event.
    • Campaign Period: How long the event will run.
  • Award:
    You can choose to give products (ensure the product quantity is enough for fulfillment) or discount as awards.

 


 

Printing Comment Labels in Livestream

This feature allows merchants to print comments from customers onto a label during a livestream. Some merchants require this feature to arrange orders for customers.

SHOPLINE supports 2 methods of printing:

  • Printing labels manually: You need to manually click to print labels for comments in the livestream studio or message management page.
  • Printing labels automatically: The system automatically identifies comments that match product keywords and prints comment labels.

How to set up:

  1. Go to the Live Shopping channel > Settings > Comment Labels.

  2. Enable Print Comment Label.
  3. Before you can start printing comment labels via your printer, please follow these steps:
    1. Download and install the OpenJDK file.
    2. After installing the OpenJDK, download and install SLprinter.
    3. Test the printer
  4. You can enable Auto-Print Comment Labels. When enabled, all customer comments that match the keywords will be automatically printed via the connected printer.
  5. You can also customize the label content using the provided template by clicking the Configure button under label content.

 


 

Post Sales Lucky Draw

Lucky Draw

You can create an interactive post for a lucky draw campaign and link it to the corresponding third-party platform. This feature then selects a specified number of winners within the assigned time.

How to set up:

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to the Post Shopping channel > Sales tools section, and click Manage next to Promotional games.

  2. After entering the page, click Create event.
  3. Select the social media channel (Facebook or Instagram) you want to run the event and click Confirm.
  4. You would required to setup below:
    • Event Name: The name of your event.
    • Keywords: The keywords you want your customers to comment on to participate in the event.
    • Winner Quota: How many winners for the event; it can range from 1 to a maximum of 500 per event.
    • Event Time: How long the event will run.
    • Prize: You can choose to give products (ensure the product quantity is enough for fulfillment) or discount as awards.
    • Besides the keywords you want your customers to comment on, you can also set up further entitlement criteria, such as how many friends they have to tag (minimum 1 and maximum 5), whether the customers have liked the posting, and whether they have placed an order before.
  5. You need to associate the event with a social channel posting.
  6. Click the Create button to start the event.
  7. The winners will be automatically selected after the event ends, or you can manually click Draw before the scheduled time.
  8. The winners will be informed via Facebook/Instagram Messenger. The prize will be automatically applied: if it is a product, it will be added to the cart and customers can checkout with a link; if it is a discount, the discount will be applied for the customer's next purchase.

 


 

AI-powered Features in Message Center

*This feature will be automatically turned on for all the Social Commerce Pro subscribers.

 

  • AI-identified contact: AI automatically identifies the contact based on the information provided by the customer. When creating a member, the system can automatically display the phone number for quick filling and member creation.
  • AI-identified address: For the private message sent by the customer, if the system identifies that it contains an address, the system automatically identifies, saves, and provides it for you to use when customers place orders.
  • AI-identified payment certificate: AI automatically identifies whether the images sent by customers in the Message Center are proof of payment.

 


 

Smart Reply Assistant Powered by AI

The integration of ChatGPT into Smart Reply Suggestions enables the AI-based reply, which recommends relevant responses based on the messages sent by customers. This feature is currently available for Social Commerce Pro subscribers.
