Setting up Member Pricing

You can set the member price for designated products. When customers place orders as members, they will be entitled to the discounts set by you.

Enabling/Disabling Member Pricing

You can enable or disable the Member Price module in Member System at any time. After setting the member price of your store, please make sure to enable the Member Price module.

If the dot to the right of Member price in the menu is green, or the switch in the member price page is turned on, the member price rule is enabled. You can click Member Price > Current status > Enabled to proceed.

If member price is enabled, you can also click this button again to disable it.

After disabling the Member Price module, the member prices you set will be invalid, and members will no longer be entitled to the member prices when placing orders.

 


 

Allowing Member Prices to be Stacked with Other Discounts

You can configure rules for stacking member prices with other discounts here to specify whether it can be used in combination with other discounts. Go to Member price > Discount settings section > click Edit to proceed.

 

Setting Combination Rules

You can configure two combination rules: Combine with discount codes or Combine with automatic discounts.

You can check the corresponding option according to the needs of your store and save your settings.

 


 

Specifying Member Price Products

You can set member prices for products. Once member price is set, members will be entitled to member prices when placing orders, while non-members are subject to regular prices. Go to Member price > Product management section > click +Add product to proceed.

 

Adding a Member Price Product

Please follow below steps to add member price products: 

  1. Click +Add products and select the product.

You can check products directly in the list, or search by product name, then select the product and click Add.

 

  1. Set the member price.

For individual products, you can check Unified member price for multiple variants below Variants, so that all members will be entitled to the member price set by you.

If you wish to set different member prices for different membership levels, you can uncheck Unified member prices for multiple variants and make modifications.

You can also set a validity period for each member price. If no due time is provided, the member price will never expire by default.

If the product has multiple variants, you can select multiple variants to modify the member price in batches.

Currently, three modification methods are supported: Deduct percentages based on the selling price; Deduct fixed amount based on the selling price; Modify to a specified price.

If you select Deduct percentages based on the selling price or Deduct fixed amount based on the selling price, the system will automatically calculate the member price for you, which will be shown after clicking Complete.

 

Editing Member Price Products

You can edit member price products that have been set, including modifying member prices, etc.

Editing steps:

  1. Click on the product to be modified.
  2. Go to the Member price setting page to modify.
  3. Click Update after modification.

 

Deleting Member Price Products

You can delete the member price that has been set, and the deleted product will no longer display the member price.

Delete steps:

  1. Click the trash bin icon on the right of the member price product that you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete.

 

Setting Multiple Member Price Products in Batch

You can set member prices for multiple products in a batch by importing products:

  1. Click Import products next to the Member price product.
  2. Click Select products to select products for which you want to set member prices in batch through the product selection pop-up window, and click Generate import template.
  3. Click on your account icon in the upper right and go to Bulk processing progress.
  4. In Bulk processing progress, if you click the file named memberProductExport record, all records will be automatically downloaded.
  5. Fill in the member price in the spreadsheet.
    • If you wish to apply a unified member price for all membership levels, fill in the member price in the MemberPriceForAllLevel column.
    • If you wish to apply different member prices for different membership levels, fill in a member price for each membership level.
  6. Return to the Member Price module in Member System, click Import products in the Product management section and upload the file.
  7. For imported member price products, you can specify the start time and end time. If you import the start time only, the member price will be permanently valid. If you import the end time as well, the member price won’t be displayed and valid when it’s due.
Note: Please follow the format of YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS when importing products. A start time is required for the import.

 


 

Displaying Member Prices

You can choose to display the pricing as information blocks to customers not eligible for member prices.

To configure the info blocks, go to Branding from the left navigation bar. Then in the right pane, go to Tips embedded > Member price and turn on the Display of member price toggle based on your needs. When customers are not logged in, or when their current membership level does not offer member pricing, the member price tag is displayed next to the product price.
