You can set up points acquisition and use rules for members, and establish and maintain customer relationships by rewarding points.

Turn / off Points
You can turn on and turn off the Points at any time. After setting the points acquisition and using rules for your store, please make sure that you have turned on the Points module.
If the dot turns green on the right side of the Points, or the status of the Points is turned on, the current points rules are enabled and the points acquisition and usage methods are in effect.
Entrance: [Points] > [Current status]
You can turn off the Points setting rules by clicking the button of [Disabled].
After turning off the points set, the rules you have set (how to earn and use the points) would be invalidated and the corresponding points data will not be displayed in the customer's panel.
Earn points settings
You can set / modify the way members earn points.
(1) How to access
Entrance: [Member System] > [Points] > [Add a way]
Steps:
Step 1: Choose the way customers earn points.
Currently, Lite version supports 9 ways to earn points, while Growth and Pro version supports 12 ways to earn points. You can set one rule of point acquisition for each method according to your own needs.
Step 2: Set up according to the earning way you choose.
Example 1: Earn points after successfully placing an order

Range: You can choose the range of customers to which the rules apply and set different rules for points acquisition based on the customer's membership status.
- All customers: All customers can earn points after placing an order.
- Specific customers: Points available for specified membership levels/non-members.
- Points: You can set the points customers earned, e.g.Customers for every $ 1 spent can acquire 1 point.
- Minimum purchase of earning points: You can set the minimum purchase for customers to earn points. No points will be issued for orders that do not reach this threshold.

Point acquisition date: You can set the point acquisition date.
- Once placed an order: Reward a point once the customer places an order.
- Once paid: Reward a point once the customer paid.
- Once fulfilled: Reward a point once the order is fulfilled.
(2)Edit ways to earn points
You can edit ways of earning points that have been set. After editing, the customer will earn points according to the new rules.
Steps:
- Click any way of earning points that you want to edit.
- Edit in the corresponding way page.
- Click [Update].
(3)Delete ways of earning points.
You can delete the point earning method that you have set.
Steps:
- Click any way of earning points that you want to delete.
- Click [Delete]
Redeem points settings
You can set the way to redeem the points. Customers can redeem the points to get the corresponding benefits.
(1)Add a way to redeem points.
Entrance: [Member System] > [Points] > [Add a way]
Steps:
Step 1: Choose a way to redeem points of customers.
Currently, Lite version supports 4 ways to redeem points, while Growth and Pro version support 5 ways to redeem points, including Cash back, Redeem coupon code, Redeem cash coupon, Redeem freight coupon, and Redeem products.
Step 2: Set up according to the redeem way you choose.
Example 1:Cash back
- Points spent: You can set the number of points to redeem $1 in the store.
- Minimum amount: You can set the minimum amount of using points to redeem cash.
- Limitation on use of points: You can set the maximum points using and the redeeming points limitation of one order.
- You can customize the icon.
Example 2:Redeem coupon code
- Points: Set the points required for redeeming coupon code, e.g. spent 300 points to deduct 10%.
- Discount requirements: Set the requirement of using this coupon code, including None, Minimum purchase amount, and Minimum quantity of items.
- Scope of use: You can set whether to use discount codes for all or for the owner only.
- Products applicable: The range of products to which the discount applies.
- Stack discounts: When using this discount, whether it is allowed to stack with automatic discount or discount code.
- Icon: You can set the icon of this discount.
Example 3: Redeem products
Select the product that can be redeemed > click one product in the pop-out of [Select the product] >click [Select]
- Product information: You can check the product just selected and edit this product.
- Points setting: Points number required to redeem this product.
- Scope of use: You can set whether to use discount codes for all or for the owner only.
- Stack discounts: When using this discount, whether it is allowed to stack with automatic discount or discount code.
- Icon: You can set the icon of this discount.
(2)Edit the ways to use points
You can edit the way you have set up the points usage. After editing the customer will follow the new rules to redeem points.
After editing, the shop display page will change and update in real time.
Steps:
- Click anyway to redeem points that you want to edit.
- Edit information on ways to redeem points.
- Click [Update].
(3) Delete ways to use points
You can delete the ways to use points that have been set. After deletion, the shop will no longer display the deleted points usage way, but the points and discounts that have been redeemed will not be changed.
Steps:
- Click anyway to redeem points that you want to delete.
- Click [Delete].
Validity period settings
You can set the validity period of customers’ points, and points beyond the valid period will be unavailable for use. By managing the valid period of customer points, you can effectively recall customers who are about to be lost.
Entrance: [Points] > [Validity period settings] > [Edit]
Steps:
Set the corresponding validity period of points according to the shop needs > click [Save].
Note: The validity period of the points will be the same as the validity period set when the points are issued. Therefore, after you modify the validity period of points, the validity period of points issued before the change will not change.
- If you click [All methods for Obtaining are set with the same expiry date], you can continue to choose the expiry date after the points are redeemed.
- If you uncheck the box, then you can set the expiration date of earning each point method separately. You need to go to each way of earning points page to set the expiration date separately.
Point name setting
You can customize the point name displayed in the customer panel.
Steps:
- Go to [Points] > click [Edit] on the right upper of [Point name setting].
- Edit point name.
- Click [Save].
Email push
You can send emails automatically to customers under specific scenarios. You can set whether to send emails. You can quickly set whether send the email push in specific scenarios on the points settings page.
- Turn on/off the Email push: click the box before the email scenarios to turn on or turn off the email push.
- If you want to edit any email, please click the email that you want to edit > click [Edit] to go to the editing page of the email.
- Click [View more] to go to the email push page.
