Develop Apps is an application developed specifically for your SHOPLINE store, either by you or a developer. Unlike other Apps, which are built for multiple stores, Develop Apps is tailored to the unique needs of your store.

With Develop Apps, you can directly access store data through the SHOPLINE API or extend your online store to other platforms using the storefront API.

If you aim to enhance store management efficiency by integrating store data into your proprietary systems, the capabilities of Develop Apps can be beneficial.

If you're considering developing a new app, either on your own or by hiring external developers, to meet the growing business demands of your store, Develop Apps is worth considering.

Create an App

Read and check on the box if you agree with the 《API permissions and terms》 of use click on Enable development.

Click on Create an App and input App name, App’s developer, and App’s contact email address, and then click Create an App.

Admin API Permissions

Click on Edit > Permission configuration tab > Configuration button of Integrate Admin API option.

Note: Currently, only Merchant and Shop Manager roles are supported for configuration; support for store clerks is not available at the moment.

Enter Access range of Admin API page and set access range, create a Webhook, and press Save.

Configure Storefront API Access Permissions

Click Edit to enter the application details page, select the Permission configuration tab, and click Configuration for Integrate store API.

Note: Only Merchant and Shop Manager roles are supported for configuration; support for store clerks is not available at the moment.

Enter the store API permission editing page, check the option for setting API access permissions, and click Save.

App Access Token

Switch to the API certificate tab and click on Install App to generate an Access token.

The Admin API access token (valid for 3 years) section requires authentication for view and refresh. The Access token of store API can be directly copied without authentication.

App Settings

Switch to the App Settings tab, where you can change the App name, App’s Developer, and add a description. Finally, save the changes.

View Operation Log

Switch to Operation log to view all operation events.

Uninstall App

Click Uninstall App. After uninstallation, the API access token will be revoked, and the application will no longer have permission to access store data through the Open API.

Delete a Develop App

Return to the Develop Apps main page, click Delete to delete the selected app. Application data will be cleared, and the API access token will be revoked. The application will no longer have permission to access store data through the Open API.
