Your customers can choose FavePay to make payments in your store and earn cashback and points.
FavePay integration provides a wider range of payment options for customers to make payments and allows them to use their preferred payment method.
FavePay charges a special 2.3% transaction fee for SHOPLINE merchants. Simply quote "SHOPLINE" when opening a FavePay online account.
Once you have connected FavePay to your SHOPLINE store, you will be charged a 2.3% fee plus a transaction fee for all payments processed through the platform.
|For example, if a customer makes a $100 payment, the transaction fee will be calculated as $2.30.|

Setting up FavePay
To set up FavePay in your store:
From your SHOPLINE admin, go to Settings > Payments.
- Click on Add other payment methods and select FavePay.
Enter your FavePay account details:
- Outlet ID
- Secret Key
- Click Activate FavePay.
Once activated FavePay, the payment method will be displayed on the checkout page, and your customer will be redirected to FavePay Page to complete the payment process.

How can I apply for a FavePay account for SHOPLINE?
Submit the form to apply for FavePay Online and quote Shopline for a transaction fee of 2.3%.
Should you already have a FavePay Online account, you can inform Fave that you are a SHOPLINE customer to receive a 2.3% transaction fee (subjected to Fave approval and policies).
How can I obtain the FavePay Outlet ID and Secret Key used to bind with SHOPLINE Admin?
Once you have successfully created a FavePay account, the Outlet ID and Secret Key can be requested from FavePay and configured in the SHOPLINE Admin.
How can customers make payments using FavePay?
Customers can scan the QR code and pay using the payment method saved in their FavePay account.
What are the payment limitation and the currency supported by FavePay?
FavePay supports both SGD and MYR payments. The minimum transaction amount for MYR is 1 MYR, and there is no minimum transaction amount for SGD and no maximum transaction amount for both currencies.
Why is FavePay payment unavailable when setting up?
FavePay is only supported in SG and MY. If the payment currency of the online store is different from what is supported by FavePay, FavePay cannot be activated. Suppose the online store has not yet generated any orders or issued gift cards. In that case, you can change the currency to a supported settlement currency at Settings > Basic Settings > Payment Currency .
After successfully setting up the FavePay payment method, why does it show payment failure?
This may be due to QR code timeout, insufficient buyer balance, etc. Please contact us for any exceptions.
How can customers use FavePay to pay on my SHOPLINE store?
- To pay with FavePay, customers need to click the "Complete Order" button on the shop checkout page and scan the QR code generated to pay.
- (Amount cannot be amended. Cashback will be automatically applied if there is any).
- Customers can return to the shopping cart or checkout page to pay again.
To pay with FavePay, customers are redirected to a page with options to pay via Fave App or browser, and your customers can make payment.
Making a payment on the mobile app:
Your customers will be redirected to a page with an option to pay via the Fave app or browser to complete the payment process.
