III. How Member System Collects and Uses Data
The Member System may collect personal data when you sign up for the services, use the services, or when otherwise you provide us with information. The collection of user personal information will be for a lawful purpose directly related to a function or activity of the Member System as described in Member System Terms of Services or this Privacy Policy. The provision of information is always voluntary, but please understand that certain services may not be available to you until you have provided the requested information.
We won’t sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your express consent, except as specified in this Privacy Policy. Occasionally, we may be legally required to share your personal information with courts, regulators, or governmental authorities.
When collecting personal information from end-users, such as their name, address, email address, and order, payment, and delivery details, it is your responsibility to obtain explicit consent from these end-users. This consent allows you to share the information with the Member System for the purpose of providing the services.
When subscribing to the services, we need more information than just your name and password. To start billing, we need information including your company details, billing address, and preferred payment method(s).

These third parties may access, process, or store personal data in the course of providing services, but based on our instructions only.
- Change our business structure. The Member System may share or disclose data if we engage in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or sale of some or all of the Member System’s assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business, a similar transaction or proceeding, or steps in contemplation of such activities (e.g. due diligence).
- Be compliant with laws. The Member System may share or disclose personal data to comply with legal or regulatory requirements and to respond to lawful requests, court orders, and legal processes.
- Use our rights, prevent fraud, and ensure safety. The Member System may share or disclose data to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of us or third parties, including enforcing contracts or policies, or in connection with an investigation and preventing fraud.

These steps take into account the sensitivity of the information we collect, process and store, and the current state of technology.
VII. Data Retention, Erasure, and De-Identification
If you no longer want us to use your information to provide the services, you may unsubscribe from the Member System.
We will retain and use your information as may be necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our agreements, and/or protect our legitimate interests.
As always, you can contact us to request a correction to your personal data in our system, and we will make the necessary correction to the data if we are satisfied that the personal data to which your correction request relates is inaccurate. Before we can process a request, we have to make sure it is you making the request and thus we may ask for your identity or authorization documentation.
We will take all practical steps to erase your personal data held when the data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was used by us unless any such erasure is prohibited under any law or regulation or it is in the public interest not to have the data erased.
