Message Center offers the ability to connect all your platforms and integrate them in one place, so that you can chat with customers from multiple channels, and centrally manage the contacts of each channel. Our goal is for you to process customer sessions in a quick and efficient way.

Channels Supported
Currently, Message Center supports six channels: Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, and Email.
If connected successfully, the channel shows the number of pages or accounts connected to it.
How to Connect
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > Messages.
- In the Connect multiple channels to reach more customers section, click the Go to settings or Manage button next to each channel for connection or management. For detailed instructions, refer to the following articles:
