Newly-Added Components

Compared with the old version, the new version of the email editor has optimized the product list component and added a discount code component, expense breakdowns, and dynamic sources for shipping.

  • The optimized Product List Component: The Product List component currently supports the display of refund and discount information.
  • Discount card component: For the Abandoned checkout recovery template, you can select/create and send discount codes to customers, impressing customers with the store’s discounts, thereby promoting order conversion. It supports the configuration of the following items:
    • Discount code image: The default gift card image is displayed, which can be replaced or deleted.
    • Title: You can provide your title copy with a maximum of 500 characters and modify the font size and color.
    • Subtitle: You can provide your subtitle copy with a maximum of 500 characters and modify the font size and color.
    • Discount code: You can select or create the discount code that you want to offer the customer. You can also modify the font size and color of discount codes.
    • Description of discount code: You can provide a description with a maximum of 1,000 characters and modify the font size and color.
  • Expense breakdowns: We add expense breakdowns under the order summary, allowing customers to have a clear view of their expenses easily. As expenses vary from order to order, the displayed line items also vary.
  • Dynamic sources for shipping: In each component, click the Add dynamic source icon to add a dynamic source that is related to shipment, including payment method, delivery method, shipping address, and pickup address.
  • New preview option: In addition to PC preview, you can now preview how your email looks on mobile devices in real time, so that you can make instant adjustments. Simply click on the icons for PC and mobile device at the top of the page.
