The data overview page provides information on the sales amount, number of orders, and discounts generated by the campaign. You can view details about the type of campaign, its performance, and the order data it brought to your store.

Product Bundle Campaigns - Overview
In the SHOPLINE admin, navigate to Apps > Product Upsells & Bundles, and click on the menu of the Product Upsells & Bundles app. Today's data for product bundle campaigns is displayed above the campaign list.
Note: Data for the Product Upsells & Bundles app is updated hourly, so there might be a partial delay in the data. |
You can check today's sales, orders, discount amount for product bundle campaigns, and the ROI brought by product bundle campaigns in your store here. When your campaign sales and campaign orders are not 0, you can also see the ratio of campaign sales to store sales and the ratio of campaign orders to store orders.
Product Bundle Dashboard - Overview
On the Product bundles overview dashboard, you can view the total data of Product bundle campaigns over a while, the line chart of sales & orders, and the details of each campaign that has generated sales during this period.
By clicking any data index above the menu homepage, you will enter the Data Overview page.
Date Range Selection
At the top of the page, you can click the time selector to choose the time range of the data you want to view.
Index Explanation
The following indices are displayed at the top of the overview dashboard, allowing you to view the total data of product bundle campaigns.
Metric | Display for a date range |
Sales | The total order amount that participated in the product bundle campaign in the successful orders. Where a refund occurs to orders, the sales amount changes accordingly |
Sales percentage |
The proportion of product bundle campaign sales to store sales is calculated by [product bundle sales/store sales]. Store sales refer to the sales generated by your store in SHOPLINE. If you import orders to SHOPLINE, the sales of imported orders will not be counted |
Orders | The total orders that participated in the product bundle campaign in the successfully placed orders |
Proportion of orders |
The proportion of product bundle orders to store orders is calculated by [product bundle orders/store orders]. Store orders refer to the orders generated by your store in SHOPLINE. If you import orders to SHOPLINE, the orders of imported orders will not be counted |
Discounted Amount | The total discount amount of the product bundle campaigns in a successful order |
ROI | ROI = Product bundle sales/Product bundle discount amount |
Average order value | Average order value = Product bundle sales/Product bundle orders |
Units per transaction | Unit per transaction = Number of items within product bundle orders/Product bundle orders |
Sales Data Chart
Below the general indicators of the overview dashboard, you can view the sales data chart of the product bundle campaigns and track the changes in the sales data through the line chart. The two broken lines in the figure represent the product bundle sales and product bundle orders, which can be distinguished by the legend.
Campaign Data
On the overview dashboard, you can view the details of campaigns that generated sales within the selected time range. Each campaign represents a piece of data.
- Campaign name: The name of the corresponding campaign, and the title you configured when creating this campaign.
- Sales: The total order amount that participated in the campaign in successful orders.
- Orders: The total number of orders that participated in the campaign in successful orders.
- Discount amount: The total discount amount of this campaign in successful orders.
- ROI: Sales/Discount amount.
- Average order value: Sales/Orders.
- Unit per transaction: The number of items within campaign orders/Orders.
