Flash Sales Analytics - Campaign report

The overview dashboard displays the sales brought by the campaigns, the orders brought by the campaigns, the discount amount of the campaigns, etc. At the same time, you can also view the total data of a single campaign and the detailed data of orders that participated in the campaign.

1. Steps:

  • In the SHOPLINE admin, go to "Apps" page, select "Flash Sales" app. Click any indicator above the flash sales campaign list, and you will enter the flash sales overview dashboard.
  • In the campaign data section on the flash sales overview dashboard, click on any campaign, and you will enter the flash sales campaign report page.

2. On the flash sales campaign report page, you can view the total data of the campaign, and the details of orders that have participated in the campaign.

The following indicators are displayed at the top of the campaign report page, through which you can view the total data of the flash sales campaign

Index Explanation
Sales

In the successfully placed order, the total order amount that participated in the corresponding campaign. When an order is refunded, the sales will change accordingly.

Orders In the successfully placed order, the total orders that participated in the corresponding campaign.
Discount amout In the successfully placed order, the total discount amount of the corresponding campaign.
ROI ROI = Campaign sales/Campaign discount amount
Average order value Average order value = Campaign sales/Campaign orders
Unit per transaction Unit per transaction = No. of items in campaign orders/Campaign orders

 

Order details

You can view the order details that participated in the campaigns on the campaign report page.

  • Order No: The order number of this order is the same as the order number you see on the order management page
  • Order date: The time when the order was successfully placed
  • Customer: Customer information within the order, including customer name, email address or mobile phone number
  • Item quantity: No. of items within this order
  • Sales: Order amount of this order; When this order is refunded, the sales will change accordingly.
  • Discount amount: Discount amount of this campaign within this order
  • Order status: Status of this order
  • Payment status: Payment status of this order

Export data

You can also export campaign data as a local file, steps:

  • In Order Detail, click "Export Data", and do one of the following:
    • If you want to export all orders that can be seen in the current order detail, select all orders and click Export
    • If you want to filter the orders under the specified status/payment status, before exporting, filter the orders you want to place through the filter above the list first, and then select the orders that meet the filtering conditions, and click Export
    • If you only want to export some of the order data, before exporting, select the order by ticking the check box in front of the order number first, and then select the selected order in the popup window, and click Export
