To increase customer purchases, you can create Flash Sales for products in your store. This involves setting up promotional inventory, prices, purchase restrictions, promotion combinations, and the timing of the sale. Follow this guide to create effective flash sales and drive more sales in your store.

Flash Sale Setup Guidelines
- Your store can run multiple flash sales simultaneously, but each product can only participate in one at a time.
- For products with multiple variants, you can set unique prices and inventory levels for each variant within the same flash sale.
- You can set a maximum purchase quantity for each flash sale item:
- Allowing Purchases Beyond Limits: If you select Allow purchase at original price if limits are exceeded to allow purchases beyond the limit, customers can continue buying the item at the regular selling price.
- Disallowing Purchases Beyond Limits: If you disallow purchases beyond the limit, customers cannot buy more of the promotional item until the sale ends.
- When you enable Not included in other discounts or promotions, customers cannot combine discount codes or automatic discounts with flash sale purchases.
- If the regular product price is lower than the promotional price, customers will pay the regular price.
Creating a New Flash Sale
- On the homepage of the Flash Sales app, click Create campaign.
- Enter the Promotion name.
- In the Applicable products section, select the products and configure the following:

- To add products to the flash sale, click Select products to manually add them or Import products to upload a list of eligible items.
- To set inventory limits, switch on the Set inventory for promotional items option. If not set, the promotional inventory will default to the product's regular inventory.

- For single-variant products, enter the desired inventory limit in the Promotion inventory column.
- For multi-variant products, click the pencil icon in the Action column to set inventory limits for each variant individually.

- To set promotion prices, fill out the Promotion price column. If not set, the default selling price will be used.
- For single-variant products, enter the promotion prices in the Promotion price column.
- For multi-variant products, click the pencil icon in the Action column to set promotion prices for each variant individually.
- To perform bulk operations on promotion inventory or prices: Select the products, then click Modify promotion prices or Modify promotion inventory to edit in bulk. You can also remove items by clicking Delete items.
- To set promotion prices, fill out the Promotion price column. If not set, the default selling price will be used.
- In the Promotion restrictions section, configure the following settings:

Note: Purchase limits are tied to the customer's email or phone number, ensuring that each customer is subject to the specified limits for products or promotions.

- Variant purchase limit: Set the limit per variant if the product has multiple variants. For example, if the limit is 3, the customer can buy 3 units of Product A - Variant A and 3 units of Product A - Variant B.
- Product purchase limit: Set a limit on the total quantity of each promotional item. For example, if the limit is 3, the customer can buy up to 3 units of Product A. If the product has variants, the customer can buy a combined total of 3 units, such as 2 units of Variant A and 1 unit of Variant B.
- Promotion limit: Set the total quantity of all promotional items a customer can purchase within the promotion. For example, if the limit is 3, the customer can buy a total of 3 items across different products, such as 2 units of Product A and 1 unit of Product B.
- Allow purchase at original price if limits are exceeded: Check this box to allow customers to continue purchasing after exceeding the limit, but at the regular selling price. If unchecked, customers cannot purchase more promotional items once the limit is reached.

Not included in other discounts or promotions: This toggle controls whether the flash sale can be stacked with automatic discounts or discount codes.
- If enabled: Customers can only purchase at the promotion price and cannot apply additional discounts. If they try to use a discount code, an error message will inform them it cannot be applied.
- If not enabled: Customers can apply automatic discounts or discount codes on top of the promotion price.

Not included in other discounts or promotions: This toggle controls whether the flash sale can be stacked with automatic discounts or discount codes.
- In the Promotion time section, set the duration of the campaign.
- Click Add.
After creating a promotion, you can click Other actions in the upper-right corner to obtain a shareable link for the campaign or add it to your store's home page.

Once the promotion is created, the settings page will display key data, including product sales volume, total discounted amounts, and overall sales for the campaign. For more detailed reports, click view report on the app's homepage to access comprehensive data.
Managing Your Flash Sales
After creating flash sales, you can manage and edit any specific sale from the flash sales list. To do this, go to the Flash Sales app's homepage:
- Promotion Name: View the titles of the flash sale campaigns.
- Time in effect: See the effective time of the campaigns, including the start and end times.
- Sales: Track the number of items sold during the sale. Items in orders that are part of the flash sale will count toward this total.
- Status: See the current status of this sale.

- Ongoing: The campaign is currently active.
- Not yet in effect: The campaign hasn't started yet.
- Expired: The campaign has ended.
Bulk Operations: You can delete multiple campaigns at once. To do this, select the desired campaigns by checking the boxes in the Promotion name column, click Delete, and confirm the action. Then, the chosen campaigns will be deleted in bulk.
Updating Flash Sale Details
You can edit flash sale campaign details at any time on the campaign settings page. This includes modifying the promotion name, applicable products, promotion restrictions, purchase limits, promotion time, and custom styles.
- Go to the Flash Sales app, find the campaign you want to edit from the list, and click it to enter the editing page.
- After making adjustments, click Update. The latest campaign information will be reflected in your store, and customers browsing the store will see the updated details.
Notes:
- Orders already placed and discounts customers have already received will not be affected by the update.
- For items in a shopping cart or on the checkout page that haven't been completed, the updated information will be applied.
- You can also disable flash sales at any time. On the campaign settings page, click Turn off to remove the campaign from the store. The campaign's end time will be adjusted to the time it was disabled.
