You can change your SHOPLINE subscription plan at any time. To see your current plan and the date of your upcoming charge, head to the Settings > Plans page in your SHOPLINE admin.
|Only store owners with billing permission can make these changes.|
When upgrading to a higher plan, all your settings will remain, plus you will gain access to additional features. Prorated credit for the unused portion of the current subscription will be automatically applied so that you only pay the difference.
To upgrade your paid subscription:
Log in as a store owner
From your SHOPLINE admin, go to Settings > Plans.
Click the Renew button to subscribe to a plan.
Select your preferred billing cycle: Monthly or Annual.
- Click Pay and Switch.
Your account will be switched to the new plan immediately, and your subscription will be renewed automatically.
