Viewing an Order
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Orders.
- Click on the specific order you want to view.
- On the order details page, you can review essential information, including the shipment status, payment status, and return progress.
Viewing an Order’s Timeline
On the order's details page, you will find a "Timeline" section that provides a comprehensive history of the order. This feature enables you to gain valuable insights into the order's processing journey and its current status.
Adding Notes to an Order
You can easily add notes to an order by clicking Edit within the "Remarks" section of its details page. This feature enables you to promptly record any specific notes or pertinent information related to the order, thereby enhancing your customer service.
Editing Customer Information
In the "Customer" section, you can access various details about the customer, including their member status, contact email, recipient's address, billing address, and more.
To make edits to the customer's information, click on the customer's name. You will then be directed to the "Customer" section of the SHOPLINE admin panel, where you can update the necessary information.
Fraud Analysis
SHOPLINE's fraud analysis feature is designed to help identify potentially fraudulent orders, minimizing the risk of chargebacks for your store. To access the fraud analysis for an order, go to the "Fraud Analysis" section of the order details page.
Conversion Summary
The "Conversion summary" section on the order details page offers an overview of the conversion process for the order placed by the customer. This information is valuable for assessing the effectiveness of your website in converting visitors into customers. To view the details, click View conversion details to expand the "Conversion details" window.
Adding Tags to an Order
Order tagging is a valuable tool for efficiently categorizing and organizing your orders using custom terms you create. To add tags to an order, follow these steps:
- Go to the "Order tag" section on the order's details page.
- Enter a term in the text field and add it as a new tag.
- Alternatively, you can click Management to add new tags or select from existing ones.
Once you have assigned tags to your orders, you can use them as filtering criteria for order searches. To filter orders using tags, follow these steps:
- On the "Order list" page, click More Filters.
- Find the Tag option and enter the tag for the orders you're seeking.Then, click the Search icon or the Complete button to apply the filter.
- The corresponding orders will then be displayed in the search results.
