You can export picking lists, shipping lists, order details, or order reports based on your needs.

Below are a few operations you can take during exporting.

Specifying the Export Range

You can manually specify the range of shipping lists, picking lists, order details, and order reports for export. Take exporting a picking list for example.

  • Current filter result: All orders within the current filtered page.
  • Order date: All orders within a specified date range.
  • Selected order: Orders that have been selected on this page (ensure you tick the desired orders beforehand in the order list).

  • Additionally, you can customize the exported fields for your report by clicking Custom export field. Select the needed fields and choose to export the report in either store currency or order currency.

Viewing Export Progress

Exporting a large number of orders may take some time. The limit to the number of orders that can be exported in one batch is around 200,000 orders. If there is a large amount of data to be exported, it may be split into multiple files for export. You can check the export progress on the Bulk processing progress page, which can be accessed through the following three ways:

  • In the Currently exporting pop-up window, click on Bulk Processing Progress to jump to the page.

  • (For order reports) If you can't locate the exported documents during the exporting process, you can also click on Export order > Order report. From there, click on Export order history in the pop-up window.

  • Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner, select Bulk processing progress, and go to the Bulk processing progress page to check the progress and download the report.

Note:
  1. Shipping lists, picking lists, and order details are exported in PDF format, while order reports are exported in Excel format. Order reports are displayed based on individual product rows. If an order contains multiple product rows, the exported file will have multiple rows.
  2. When exporting orders in bulk, if you need to export archived orders, please ensure that you first filter them out before exporting. Archived orders are hidden by default in the order list.
  3. Please note that currently, exporting orders will be queued based on your export needs. Exporting order data in bulk may take a longer time.

About Shipping Lists, Picking Lists, and Order Details

Shipping lists, picking lists, and order details provide comprehensive information about orders. You can use them to pick and pack or include them in shipments for customers to check their purchased items. However, there are distinctions between these three.

Shipping Lists

Shipping lists include essential shipment information only. The shipping list page is concise and conceals customer-related details, displaying only necessary recipient information.

Picking Lists

Picking lists provide essential information for order picking, including the recipient's address and picking address, as well as product images, details, and quantities.

Order Details

Order details offer complete order information. In addition to the information found in the shipping list, order details include order status, payment status, customer information, product images, and other order content. If multiple discounts were applied to an order, they are also listed.
