Collecting reviews with Review Management App
You can add the ability to collect reviews and rate your store and products with the help of the Review Management App from the SHOPLINE App store.
To set up review management:

From your SHOPLINE admin, go to SHOPLINE App store.

Download Review Management.
- After downloading the app, you can set up collecting reviews every time a customer purchases from your store.
- First, enable Product review and set up the other sections.
- After enabling Product review, click on Review request email tab.
- Enable Automatic review requests.
- [Optional] You can also send a discount code when a customer submits a review that qualifies with the rules you set.
- [Optional] You can customize the email template to fit your brand.
Now that you have set up review management for your store, when a customer receives and writes a review, it will automatically be placed on your store website, so you will not have to place it yourself.
Bulk Importing reviews
If you want to import customers’ reviews to your SHOPLINE store, you can import reviews with the help of the spreadsheet.
Top bulk import reviews:

From your SHOPLINE admin, go to Review Management app.

Click on Product review > Import review.
Your file includes comments with both right and wrong formats, the system will still update the right comments and filter the wrong comments. |
Hiding reviews
To hide reviews:

From your SHOPLINE admin, go to SHOPLINE App store.

Download/open Review Management.

Under Product Review tab, select the product that you want to hide the review.
- Toggle off Whether as public to hide the review.
