In the Gift Offer app, the Data overview page displays data such as sales, orders, and gifts given during all your campaigns. You can also view the data summary of a single campaign and the details of orders generated through the campaign.

Viewing Individual Campaign Data
To view the data of giveaway campaigns, follow these steps below:
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to the Apps page, then find and install the Gift Offer app.

Open it and Click on any metrics displayed at the top of the homepage, or switch to the Data overview tab.
- On Data overview, click on any entry in the Campaign data list to go to the individual campaign data page.
- On the individual campaign data page, you can view the total data of this campaign, details of gifts given, and the details of orders that participate in the campaign.
Campaign Metrics
Data overview displays the following metrics:
Metric | Content |
Sales | The total sales amount from successful orders that participated in this campaign. Where refunds occur, the sales amount will be deducted accordingly. |
Orders | The total number of successful orders that participated in this campaign. |
Gifts given | Total quantity of free gifts offered for successful orders. |
Average transaction value | Sales of this campaign / Orders of this campaign |
Unit per transaction | Number of items in the orders of this campaign/orders of this campaign |
Gifts Details
On the data details page of each campaign, you can see the Gifts details list under the metrics and check the giveaway status of each free gift.

Free gifts: Image and name of the free gift.
- If a gift appears in multiple tiers within your giveaway campaign, its giveaway status will be summarized as one entry.
- Gifts given: The quantity of gifts that have been given away.
- Orders: Successful orders that include this free gift.
- Sales: Sales amount for successful orders that include this free gift.
Campaign Order Details
On the data details page of each campaign, you can also view the details of each order participating in the campaign in the Order detail section:
- Order No.: The order number for this transaction, consistent with the one displayed in the Orders module.
- Order date: The timestamp when this order was successfully placed.
- Customer: Customer details associated with this order, including name, email, or phone number.
- Product quantity: The number of products included in this order.
- Sales amount: The total sales amount for this order, which may change with refunds.
- Gifts given: The quantity of gifts that have been given away for this order.
- Order status: The current status of the order.
- Payment status: The current payment status of the order.
