Once you've created a free gift campaign with the Gift Offer app, customers will see an upsell banner in the shopping cart after adding campaign items. This banner will inform them about upcoming offers, entitled offers, and information on the next tiered offers, all encouraging customers to purchase more and enjoy greater offers.
You can customize the text on the campaign banner that appears in the shopping cart. When participating in the free gift campaign, customers will see the custom upsell text you have set.

Considerations

If you have both free gift campaigns and automatic discount campaigns set, the shopping cart will prioritize showing the free gift campaign banner (customers need to manually select gifts in the cart).
- If all the free gift campaign banners for the items in the customer's shopping cart are hidden, the cart will display the automatic discount campaign banner instead.
- Campaigns don’t share the same settings. You can set different upsell texts for different campaigns.

When customers add products that participate in a free gift campaign, they can click the campaign banner in the shopping cart to choose the available gifts.
- If the customers have not yet met any gift-giving conditions, they can only view the gifts in the campaign but can't choose.

If the customers have already reached a certain tier, they can choose from corresponding gifts.

If Supports tiered stack is not enabled, the customers can only choose from corresponding gifts within the highest tier they reach.

Setting Cart Banner Text for Free Gift Campaigns
- In the Free Gift Campaign List, click to enter any free gift campaign details page.

Click the Edit button in the Custom style module.
- Click the Shopping cart tab.

In the banner text fields, customize your campaign upsell banner text for different scenarios; you can reset the banner text to the default at any time by clicking Reset next to the corresponding banner; you can also click Preview to view the banner's effect in the shopping cart.
- After setting up, click Complete.
- Click Update at the top of the campaign details page.
