You can set up pre-order activities for products to sell products that are not currently available for sale. Pre-order activities can help you predict customer demand for products that will be launched soon, thereby evaluating the popularity of products; you can also use pre-order activities to prompt customers, the product delivery time may be relatively long, and it will be marked on the order management page to facilitate subsequent search.
When you create a pre-order campaign, you can set the payment method & corresponding discount for the pre-order campaign. According to your settings, customers can pay in full or partial when placing an order. After the order is completed, the pre-order app will help you edit the order and remind the customer.
After you create a pre-order campaign, customers can view the pre-order campaign on the product detail page. The pre-order campaign can enrich your marketing methods and help you better maintain customer relationship and after-sales service. Through pre-order campaigns, customers can keep abreast of product launch time and preparation cycle, reducing disputes caused by long waiting time after customers place an order.
After the customer adds the promotional product to the shopping cart, the corresponding information will be displayed in the shopping cart according to your settings; at the same time, if you enable the "Payment & Offer Settings" module, then the customer will directly enter the checkout page when purchasing the pre-order product; and after set up this section, it only supports the purchase of one product at the same time.
To use the "Pre-Order" app, when you enable the "Payment & Offer Settings" module, please do not set the multi-market function for the store, which may affect the use of the pre-order function. If you disable "Payment & Promotion Settings", you can use the multi-market function normally, and the pre-order activities will not be affected.
