When new customers sign up for your email subscription, place an order, or engage with your store in other ways, their information is automatically added to your customer list. However, please note that SHOPLINE does not automatically create an account for them. Your customers have the option to create an account later if they wish to.
Depending on your Checkout Settings, customers may be able to place an order as a guest in your store without logging into their account. However, logging into their account brings several advantages. Customers can access their information, favorite products, order history, eligible discounts, and more. Furthermore, the details stored in their account are automatically filled during checkout for a faster and more convenient checkout experience. Therefore, we encourage you to motivate or invite your customers to create an account.

Customers can be invited to activate their accounts. You can send invitations to unregistered customers individually or in bulk. Please note that you can only invite customers in your customer list to create an account.
