Calculating Affiliate's Team Bonus

If you have enabled Affiliate's team bonus in Affiliate Marketing System, the system calculates the orders of each affiliate and their team on that bill on the next billing date. Once the bonus conditions and targets are met, the system issues corresponding bonuses to the affiliates.

This article will explain the calculation method of Affiliate’s team bonus and other related information.

Calculation Method of Affiliate's Team Bonus

  • After the Affiliate Marketing System generates a bill, you can view the bill details for each affiliate for that month: the total balance, transaction fee, personal bonus, and team bonus.
  • The system calculates the team bonus based on the affiliate and their team’s orders in the current bill, and the calculation range depends on your settings (all orders or self-purchases only). The system also evaluates whether the affiliate's team has achieved the set targets based on each team member’s data.
  • For the affiliate's team’s orders, the Affiliate Marketing System calculates the target achieved by this team based on your specified calculation method.
    • The affiliate's team that fails to achieve any bonus targets does not receive any team bonus in the current bill.
    • If the team reaches a specific bonus target, the Affiliate Marketing System will calculate the bonus amount that the sub-affiliates can receive in the current bill and generate a bonus record at the same time.
      • You can view the bonus records and amounts for affiliates on the bonus list page.
      • You can also view the bonus amount for affiliates in the corresponding bill and bill details.
Note: If you have set a billing threshold, affiliates who do not meet the threshold and are not invoiced in the current bill will receive no corresponding bonuses. Only affiliates included in the bill are eligible for the team bonus.
