Understanding the Metrics

From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Apps and enter the Cart Upsell - Progress Bar app. Install it if you haven’t.

You can view the following data on shopping cart add-on sales campaign in different time periods by selecting time periods:

  • Impressions: The number of times the progress bar was viewed by customers.
  • Sales: The total sales amount of successful orders placed after customers viewed the progress bar.
  • Orders: The number of successful orders placed after customers viewed the progress bar.
  • Average transaction value: The average value of successful orders placed after customers viewed the progress bar (Sales / Orders).
  • Discount amount: The total amount of discount applied by the progress bar offer codes.
  • ROI: Sales / Discount amount
