Can Customers Use the Discount Codes Offered by the Cart Upsell - Progress Bar app?

Customers can manually enter the discount code provided the Cart Upsell - Progress Bar app in the shopping cart or on the checkout page to redeem the discount.

Can Customers Use Other Discount Codes at Checkout?

Customers can use other discount codes on the checkout page. They can also delete the discount code automatically applied by the app and use other discount codes.

What’s the Discount Automatically Applied by the App?

Once the conditions are met, the app will automatically generate and apply a unique discount code, which you can view in the Discounts module of your admin panel.

Can Customers Use Other Discount Codes in the Shopping Cart?

For the Cart Upsell - Progress Bar app, it is recommended that you select the Offer code can only be used on payment page option in Settings > Checkout Settings to disable the discount code input box on the shopping cart page for the following reasons:

• If a customer has applied another discount code before the progress bar appears in the shopping cart, the progress bar will no longer automatically apply the discount to the customer, since this may confuse the customer.
• If the discount code offered by the app is the only discount code in the shopping cart, it cannot be removed from the shopping cart (but can be removed normally on the checkout page).

Why Can’t I Delete the Discount Code from the Cart Upsell - Progress Bar App in the Discounts Module of My Admin Panel?

After you enable the discount campaign, the app will automatically apply a discount code to customers who meet the conditions. Removing the discount code may cause eligible customers to experience issues. Therefore, the discount code from the app cannot be deleted when the app is installed.

Can I Modify the Discount Code from the Cart Upsell - Progress Bar App in the Discounts Module of My Admin Panel?

In the Discounts module of your admin panel, you can view and edit the discount code from the Cart Upsell - Progress Bar app.

However, it is not recommended that you modify the conditions for the Cart Upsell - Progress Bar discount codes in the Discounts module. Otherwise, the discounts actually applied to your customers may be different from what they see on the progress bar. In case of modified conditions, the automatic application of discount codes by the app may fail, making the customer unable to enjoy the corresponding discount.
