On the affiliate management page, you can create an affiliate account manually and review applications for joining to facilitate the management of affiliates for your store.

Adding Affiliates Manually
Go to Affiliate Marketing System > Management > Affiliate management > Add affiliates.

The setup steps are as follows:
- Set the name.
- Set the email address.
- Fill in the discount code (optional). If a special discount code is set for an affiliate, it must be unique and cannot be reused.
- Fill in the note (optional). The note will only be visible to you and won’t be visible to affiliates.
- Manually add the audit status of the affiliate.
The affiliate successfully added by you manually is considered to have passed the audit and requires no further audit. After addition, the affiliate will receive an email with a registration link. Upon clicking the link, they will be directed to the "Affiliate Admin - Update Password" page to set their password and access the affiliate admin.
Reviewing Join Applications for Affiliates
After publishing the recruitment information on the website, users can register by clicking the join button on the recruitment page. Upon successful registration, these users will be included in the list of pending applications. You can approve or reject an application on the pending applications page.
- Go to Affiliate Marketing System > Management > Affiliate management > go to Pending tab.

Auditing Operation:
- Click Approve to approve an application.
- Click Reject to reject an application.
You can also modify audit settings to automatically approve an application (Please read affiliate review method). Only affiliates who have passed the audit can receive transaction fees for promoted orders.
