Overview Dashboard
The Data Overview Dashboard page is divided into an indicator section and a chart section. The indicator area shows common operating data such as the number of members, member sales, and the returning customer rate, while the chart area shows the line graph of important indicators such as the number of new members, points issued, and successful referrals over the last 30 days. These indicators and charts help you to quickly understand the current situation of your shop's membership operation.

It includes the number of members, sales, average order value, returning customer rate, and the number of rewards.

This section provides the line graph of the number of new members, distributed points, successful referrals, sales, distributed store credits, and sales using gift cards over time.
Member Analytics Report
The member analytics report provides detailed analytics reports based on members’ data, including the new members, active members, member orders over time, and member detail, to help you analyse the membership business in detail.

To view the line graph of New members, Active members, Member orders and Member sales over time, please click the specific index and choose the time range.
To view the data of Member's average order value and Member's returning rate during specific time ranges, please set the time range and check the area under the line graph.
To view the member detail, i.e. the distribution of each membership level, please pull the page to the bottom of the report to view it.
Point Analytics Report
The Point Analytics Report provides detailed analytics reports based on points data, including the Points distributed, Points spent, Orders over time, and the rank of points using ways, to help you analyse the points using conditions in detail.

To view the line graph changed with the time of Points distributed, Points spent, Orders and Sales, please click the specific index and choose the time range.

Referral Analytics Report
The Referral Analytics Report provides detailed analytics reports based on referral data, including the Page views from referral, Referral customers, Referrals completed, and Referral rank over time, to help you analyse the referral situation in detail.

Member Price Products Analytics
The Member Price Products Analytics Report provides detailed analytics reports based on member price products, including the data of “Sales”, “Sales quantity”, and “Orders” over time, to help you analyse the member price products in detail.

The Store Credit Analytics Report provides detailed analytics reports based on store credit data, including the Credits distributed, Credits redeemed, Orders using credits, and Sales using credits over time, to help you analyse the referral situation in detail.

Gift Card Analytics Report
The Gift card analytics Report provides detailed analytics reports based on gift card data, including the Total balance, Redeemed value, Remaining balance over time, and Gift card using, distributions and sales situation, to help you analyse the gift card situation in detail.

The upper part of the gift card report displays values of Total balance, Redeemed value and Remaining balance.
To view the Number of gift cards sold and Gift card sales within the specified date range, please set the date range and view it in the following area.
