The Member System supports bulk import and export of members. Bulk import allows you to import member information from other platforms, and bulk edit membership levels, add member points, and store credit; bulk export allows you to export SHOPLINE member information for refined customer relationship management.

Customer import
The customer import supports you to bulk import member information from other platforms to SHOPLINE, bulk editing member points, and store credit.
Step 1: Click [Import] in the [Member management].
Step 2: Click [Batch import template] to download the import template.
Step 3: After downloading, you will receive an Excel file named [member-bulk-edit-template]. Open this template (as shown below), and enter the form as required.

Note:
- Please enter at least one of [Email] and [Phone].
- Please enter at least one of [Points], [Vip Tier Name], and [Store Credit].
Step 4: Import template upload
- Upload the file you have completed or drag and drop it directly to the [Upload a file] area.
- Click [Upload and Import].
Step 5: View import progress.
You can click [Bulk processing progress] on the pop-up window in the upper right corner.
You can also click your shop name in the upper right corner, and click the [Bulk processing progress] in the pop-up.
You can check the import situation in the [Bulk processing progress]. If there are failure import conditions, you can click [Failure History] to see the reason of the failure.
Customers export
The customer export functions support you to bulk export SHOPLINE member information of SHOPLINE to better refine customer relationship management.
Step 1: Select the customers to be exported and click on [Export].
Step 2: Select the export range.
- All customers: If you want to export all customers in the member system, please click on this option.
- Customers eligible for filtering: If you want to export members who meet the filtering criteria, please filter your customers first on the customer management page, then select this option.
Selected customers: If you want to export part of the customers, please click the box in front of the customer name on the customer management page, then select this option.
Step 3: Custom the export fields.
The default value is First name, Last name, Email, Birthday and Points balance;
If you need to custom the export field, you can choose the field you want to export in the provided options;
After completing the selection, click [Export]. The fields in the export table will be the same as those you selected.
Step 4: View the export progress and download the export file.
You can click the [Bulk processing progress] in the pop-up window.
You can also click your shop name in the upper right corner, and click the [Bulk processing progress] in the pop-up window.
You can check the export situation in the [Bulk processing progress].
After completing the export, click [All Records] to download the export file.
