Affiliate Marketing - Bill Details

 

When Affiliate Marketing automatically generates bills for you, the data for each affiliate will be aggregated. Within the bill details of each bill, you can see the data aggregated by affiliate, with each affiliate who brought orders displayed as a separate entry.

On the Bill details page, you can view the detailed data in the current bill, quickly mark payment for individual affiliates, and export billing details.

Bill Details

You can view the detailed information on the current bill on the Bill details page. You can check the data of an affiliate in the current bill by clicking Search distributor’s name above the form. 

It allows customization of the field information shown in the bill details list. Below are all the supported field information for display:

  • Distributor: Affiliate name and email address (if available).
  • Mobile phone No.: The mobile phone number provided by the affiliate.
  • Total amount: The sum of transaction fees, affiliate’s personal bonus, and team bonus for affiliates within the corresponding bill.
  • Transaction fee amount: The Transaction fee amount payable to the affiliate for this bill.
  • Personal bonus: The personal bonus amount generated by the affiliate. If an affiliate bonus isn’t enabled or the affiliate doesn’t meet the requirements for bonuses, it will be displayed as “0”.
  • Team bonus: The team bonus amount generated by the affiliate. If an affiliate bonus isn’t enabled or the affiliate doesn’t meet the requirements for bonuses, it will be displayed as “0”.
  • Payment account: The payment method and specific information for the affiliate.
  • Status: The payment status of the affiliate.
    • Pending: You haven’t made payment to the affiliate yet.
    • Paid: You have completed the payment for this affiliate.
    • Mark as paid: You can mark the payment of the affiliates who are in the “pending”; after marking, the current bill status will also change synchronously.

Note: If you choose manual payment, you will need to complete the payment to affiliates on your own.

  • The payment status recorded in the bill details is for reference only. After making the actual payment, you can mark it as paid within the system.
  • Once you mark the payment, the affiliate will be notified by the marketing system, and the corresponding bill status in the affiliate’s personal center will change.

 


 

Bill Details Export

You can also export the details of your bill to a spreadsheet and download it locally.

Steps:

  1. Click Export on the Bill management page.
  2. Selecting the export range:
  • All bill: If you want to export all the details within this bill, select this option.
  • Bill eligible for filtering: If you wish to export bill details that meet specific filtering criteria, first apply filters to associates on the Bill details page, then select this option.
  • Selected bill: If you want to export only certain bill details, select the corresponding associate checkboxes on the Bill details page, then select this option.
  1. Customizing export fields:
  • Check the Custom export field option to see the available fields for exporting bill details. If unchecked, the default system-defined fields will be exported.
  • Click the Export button to export the bill with the selected fields.
  1. Go to Bulk processing progress to download the exported spreadsheet:
  • After clicking Export, you can go to Bulk processing progress by following the prompt in the upper right corner.
  • Alternatively, you can go back to the SHOPLINE admin panel, click on your account avatar, and then select Bulk processing progress.
