Shipping via OneShip

Operation Procedures

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to the app store to search for the OneShip app.


  2. Click Install to be redirected to OneShip for registration or login.
    • If you have not registered with OneShip before, please fill in the registration information to create an account.
    • If you already have a OneShip account, simply log into your account to proceed with the integration.


  3. Log in to OneShip to view the terms. Then, click Authorize and install to grant permission to the developer to access specific data from your store, completing the integration.


  4. In OneShip, go to Settings > Your stores > Store settings to configure specific shipping rules for your store and improve shipping efficiency.
    • You can set up your default sender address and courier that you frequently use.
    • Additionally, you can set the default parcel weight to be used to calculate the shipping rates in cases when the order does not include any information about the weight.


  1. Once the OneShip app is installed, SHOPLINE orders placed within the past 30 days will be automatically synchronized to OneShip. You can use OneShip to initiate shipping and track your orders.
Note: Each SHOPLINE store can only be authorized with one OneShip account, while one OneShip account can be linked to multiple SHOPLINE stores.
