EasyParcel Set up Guide

EasyParcel is a one-stop delivery solutions provider for online businesses. Compare over 60+ courier choices to book the best rates for local and international deliveries.

  • Only orders created AFTER the integration with EasyParcel can be synced
  • Orders must first be PAID as Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported
  • Only support orders with LOCAL ADDRESSES to be synced
  • Postal code is COMPULSORY and must be in the correct format
  • Phone number MUST be a Singapore registered number and in the correct format (just the 8 digits)
  • Order weight must not exceed the limit of 30KG
  • Order status and tracking number WILL NOT auto sync back to SHOPLINE
  • Only 3 courier services (Qxpress, UrbanFox and J&T) support cancellations on EasyParcel. For cancellation of orders from other courier services, please use chat assistant.


To set up EasyParcel integration:

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin, go to Apps and install EasyParcel App.


  2. Click on the website button to be redirected to EasyParcel’s site.


  3. Click on Sign Up to register for a new account or if you are an existing user, click on Login.


  4. Click on Add New Store under the Integrations tab.


  5. Select SHOPLINE and key in details such as Shop Name and Shop URL.


  6. Copy Integration ID and click on submit.


  7. Paste the Integration ID and click on connect, ensuring the connection is successful.


  8. Select the default courier service of your choice.


  9. Choose a country to display courier services available.


  10. Click on edit to add default shipping address.


  11. Click on Re Push to sync data over to Easy Parcel.


  12. View all available orders from SHOPLINE here.
