- Fees: A non-refundable 4.0% fee will be deducted from all PayPal refunds, along with a SHOPLINE transaction fee based on your subscription plan.
- Timeframe: You can issue full or partial refunds within 180 days of the purchase. Once submitted, refund requests cannot be canceled.
- Manual Update: After processing a refund in PayPal, you'll need to manually update the order's payment status in your SHOPLINE admin.
