Message Center panel introduction
To view your messages, you will need to connect your social channels on SHOPLINE. To connect your social channels, refer here.
To view your messages from social channels:
- From your SHOPLINE admin, go to Message Center.
- Select View your message to see all the messages from the social media platforms you have linked and you will be redirected to the Message Center panel.
- In the Message Center panel, you will see the icons on the left side of the Message Center, which represent your online store and social platforms (Online store, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram). Which you can toggle to the different channels to start driving conversational commerce with your customers.
- The middle of the Message Center is where you can view and respond to messages from customers.
- The right side of the Message Center is where you can view or update customers’ information and create or edit their orders.
