Managing Billing of Your Member System App

 

The Member System app offers four subscription plans, with Lite providing basic features for free, and Starter, Growth, and Pro offering progressively more advanced functionalities. Each plan caters to different member management needs. This comprehensive guide will help you manage your plans, including viewing, upgrading, renewing, and setting up automatic payments.

Managing Your Plans

You can view, upgrade, and renew your Member System subscription plans within the Billing section of your app. Here’s how:

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Apps > Member System.

  2. In the app, click Billing and locate the My plan module. Here in this module, you can:

    • View your plans: The My Plan module displays all purchased plans, including the current one in effect. It provides details such as plan version, status, effective date, and expiration time.

    • Upgrade a plan: If you have a non-Pro plan, you'll see an Upgrade button. Click it to access the plan purchase page, select your desired plan, and click Choose Plan to upgrade.

    • Renew a plan: To renew a plan, click the Renew now button to access the plan purchase page, select your preferred plan, and click Renew now.

Binding a Bank Card for Auto-Renewal

Simplify payments and ensure uninterrupted service by linking a credit card for automatic renewals. Follow these steps:

  1. In the Member System app, go to Billing.

  2. Locate the Payment method module, then click Add a card.

  3. Fill out your card information, agree to the service agreement, and click OK.

Once a card is successfully linked, automatic renewal will be enabled for future bills. Disabling it requires manual renewal; unpaid plans may be downgraded.

 

Notes: 
  • The system will verify your bank card for binding. If verification fails, you will see a binding failure message and will need to bind again.

Viewing Historical Bills

To access all past bills generated at your store, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Member System app and go to the Billing section.

  2. Locate the Bill management module and click on More bills.

You will see a list of all your bills on this page. From here, you can settle outstanding bills or repurchase canceled orders.
