You can view the latest 5 changes for each module here.

(2)View Member Activities

The following 5 types of changes can be checked:

  • Points changes: Contains consumers' activities related to the acquisition and use of various types of points.
  • Level changes: Includes consumers' membership level related activities such as upgrades, downgrades and retention. 
  • Referral changes: Contains activities of consumers who have successfully referred new members.
  • Credits changes: Contains changes in consumer acquisition and use of store credits.
  • Gift card changes: Contains consumers’ activities on the acquisition and use of consumer gift cards.

If you need to find out more about a member, you can click on their name and check the information on their details pages.

The following 6 types of changes can be checked:

  • Points changes: Contains consumers' activities related to the acquisition and use of various types of points.
  • Level changes: Includes consumers' membership level related activities such as upgrades, downgrades and retention. 
  • Referral changes: Contains activities of consumers who have successfully referred new members.
  • Rewards changes: Contains changes of rewards earned by consumers through point redeeming, level upgrading and referring friends.
  • Credits changes: Contains changes in consumer acquisition and use of store credits.
  • Gift card changes: Contains consumers’ activities on the acquisition and use of consumer gift cards.
