Setting Up Email Notifications in "Member System"

 

The email notification feature in Member System automates sending emails to customers in specific scenarios. Pre-designed notification templates are already available in the system, covering various notifications such as welcoming new members and notifying them about birthday points. 

This guide will show you how to enable email notifications and edit email templates, allowing you to personalize your outreach and strengthen customer interactions.

Accessing Email Notifications

You can access email notifications in two ways: through the centralized email management section or the settings for individual items.

 

Emails Section

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Apps > Member System. Install the app if you haven’t already.

  2. Within the app, go to the Emails section to access all email notifications.

  3. Check the emails you want to send automatically and click Edit to configure their templates.

Each notification includes a
Statistics module for tracking sent emails, open rates, and click-through rates.

Individual Settings Sections

For points, referrals, store credits, and gift card items, configure email notifications on their respective pages.

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Apps > Member System. Install the app if you haven’t already.

  2. Within the app, go to the desired section and locate the Emails module.

  3. Check the emails you want to enable and click Edit to configure the templates. Clicking More will redirect you to the Email section.

Notes: 
  • All emails are enabled by default. Uncheck those you don’t want to send automatically.
  • Once you use the Member System’s email sending feature, it’s recommended to disable email notifications set up on your admin panel to avoid duplication.

 


 

Configuring Email Templates

Follow these steps to configure email templates:

Note: Template editing is not supported in the Lite version. To customize email templates, consider upgrading your plugin plan.

 

  1. In the Member System app, go to the Emails section.

  2. Hover your mouse over the desired email and click Edit to open the email editor.

  3. Configure the template based on your preferences using the provided components.

  4. Click Publish to save and submit the template for review.

The new email template will automatically become active after it's approved for content compliance.

Notes:
  • The existing email template remains active until the new one is reviewed and approved.
  • The review process typically takes a few minutes. If you don't receive a result after an extended time, please contact customer service.
