Note: If you encounter issues with enabled features not functioning, consider two possible reasons:

  • Theme Editor: Ensure the required feature is enabled in the theme editor, as guided on the feature's page in the app.

Product Promotion

The Product Promotion feature enables you to add attractive and customizable labels to your product listings and details pages, allowing you to showcase promotions and incentivize purchases. 

  1. In the Conversion Booster app, go to Product Promotion and click Create Label.

  2. Enter the Label name and configure the label style and layout based on your preferences and needs. Settings will be applied and presented in real-time on the right panel. 
    • Label type: Choose between the Fixed ribbon type, which gives you the ability to customize the text, size, label color, and text color, and the Image type, allowing you to select from various label designs or upload a custom image.
    • Tag position: Select the position to display the label on product listings and the details page.
    • Display time: Set the time range during which you want the label to be effective.
  1. Choose to apply the label to All products, Specific collection/s, or Selected product/s.

  2. After configuration, click Renew to save the settings and toggle on Enable Product Promotion Label to activate the feature.

Virtual Sales

The Virtual Sales feature enables you to display customizable product sales volume directly on your product details page. This creates a sense of urgency and excitement for potential buyers, emulating a bustling marketplace atmosphere and prompting swift orders.

  1. In the app, click Virtual Sales. Choose to configure the feature for All products, Specific collection/s, or Selected product/s, then click Go to settings.

  2. Set the virtual sales figures and the display layout on the product page. You can preview the settings in real-time on the right panel. 
    • Panel settings: Configure the Display text, Number of sales range, Number of sales interval, and Update time interval.
    • Panel display colors: Customize the Countdown panel color and Panel text color.
    • Placement: Select where to display the sold product volume on the product page.
  1. After configuring, click Renew to save the settings.

  2. To activate the feature, return to the product selection page and toggle on the enable switch in the upper right corner.

Real-time Visitors

This feature enables you to display the real-time number of people browsing the product, sparking a sense of excitement and scarcity. It motivates potential buyers to make their purchase before the opportunity slips away.

  1. In the app, click Real-time Visitors. Configure the virtual visitor figures and the display layout. You can preview the settings in real-time on the right panel.

    • Number of visitors: Set the Number of visitors change interval, Maximum number of beats, and Update time interval.
    • Panel display colors: Customize the Customer title, Prefix/Suffix of Visitors, and Countdown panel color
    • Placement: Select where to display the virtual visitor number on the product page.
  1. After configuring, click Renew to save the settings and toggle on Enable real-time browsing number to activate the feature.

Estimated Delivery Time

This feature lets you display clear and precise delivery timeframes directly on your product pages. By setting up a logistics cycle, you can inform customers when to expect their purchases, building trust and reducing purchase anxiety. 

  1. In the app, click Estimated Delivery Time. Choose to configure the feature for All products, Specific collection/s, or Selected product/s, then click Go to settings.

  2. Configure the delivery timeframe and the display layout on the product page. You can preview the settings in real-time on the right panel.
    • Estimated Delivery Time settings: Set the Estimated delivery time frame and the Display text. Three types of date variables are available for selection. Choose the date format that matches the reading habits of customers in your selling region.
    • Panel display colors: Customize the Countdown panel color and Panel text color
    • Placement: Select where to display the estimated delivery timeframe on the product page.
  1. After configuring, click Renew to save the settings.

  2. To activate the feature, return to the product selection page and toggle on the enable switch in the upper right corner.

Dynamic Inventory

This feature empowers you to showcase a fluctuating product stock volume on the product details page, creating a sense of urgency and prompting orders. 

  1. In the app, click Dynamic Inventory. Choose to configure the feature for All products, Specific collection/s, or Selected product/s, then click Go to settings.

  2. Configure the inventory information and the display layout on the product page. You can preview the settings in real-time on the right panel.
    • Dynamic Inventory: Set the Inventory interval for the selected products.
    • Panel display colors: Customize the Dynamic inventory prefix/suffix and Countdown panel color
    • Placement: Select where to display the remaining product volume on the product page.
  1. After configuring, click Renew to save the settings.

  2. To activate the feature, return to the product selection page and toggle on the enable switch in the upper right corner.

Buy Button Animation

This innovative feature lets you display eye-catching buy button animation effects directly on your product details pages. By adding this dynamic element, you'll captivate your visitors, encourage interaction, and ultimately guide them towards a purchase. 

  1. In the app, click Buy Button Animation. Configure the display settings, including Motion Interval and Choosing Style. You can preview the settings in real-time on the right panel.

  2. After configuring, click Renew to save the settings and toggle on Enable add-to-cart button animation to activate the feature.

Cart Countdown

Foster a sense of urgency with the Cart Countdown feature. By showcasing a countdown timer on the cart page, this functionality prompts customers to act swiftly, placing orders and completing checkouts promptly.

  1. In the app, click Cart Countdown. Configure the countdown settings and the display layout on the cart page. You can preview the settings in real-time on the right panel.

    • Countdown time: Set the duration of the countdown timer.
    • Panel display colors: Customize the text copy and display color of the countdown timer.
  1. After configuring, click Renew to save the settings and toggle on Enable Shopping Cart Countdown to activate the feature.

Cart Reminder

This feature gently reminds customers to complete their purchase when they have products in the shopping cart and switch to another browser tab. An icon and message in the browser tab serve as a recall to recapture customers' attention and boost your conversion rates.

  1. In the app, click Cart Reminder. Upload the browser tab icon you want to display to your customers. You can preview the effect in real-time on the right panel.

  2. After uploading, click Renew to save the settings and toggle on Enable Shopping Cart Reminder to activate the feature.

Note: Ensure that the uploaded icon image adheres to the specified format and size requirements.

 


 

Checkout Countdown

This powerful feature allows you to add a ticking timer to your checkout page, creating a sense of urgency that motivates customers to complete their purchases faster. 

  1. In the app, click Checkout Countdown. Configure the countdown time and the display layout. You can preview the settings in real-time on the right panel.

  1. After configuring, click Renew to save the settings and toggle on Enable Countdown to Checkout to activate the feature.

Disable Right Click

Secure your image assets with the Disable Right Click feature, preventing unauthorized access through the right-click function. 

Note: The Disable Right Click button operates on the webpage layer, not the browser's functional level. 

 

To enable this feature, select Disable Right Click and toggle on Enable Disable Right Click.

Discount Offer Alert

Discount Offer Alert entices customers with offers in a pop-up as they add items, boosting conversion rates and turning hesitant shoppers into paying customers.

  1. In the app, select Discount Offer Alert. Customize the display style of the pop-up window, including the title, message content, offer details, pop-up background, checkout button, and continue shopping button. You can preview the settings in real-time on the right panel.

  2. After configuring, click Renew to save the settings and toggle on Enable Discount Offer Alert pop-up to activate the feature.

Calculate Shipping

The Calculate Shipping feature allows you to display estimated shipping fees on product pages and in the shopping cart, providing upfront transparency for customers. This eliminates confusion and hesitation, ultimately leading to smoother checkouts and higher conversion rates for your store.

  1. In the app, click Calculate Shipping. Customize the Display text, including the title, location information, and calculate shipping button. You can preview the settings in real-time on the right panel.

  2. After configuring, click Renew to save the settings and toggle on Enable Calculate Shipping to activate the feature.

Note: To use the Calculate Shipping feature, you must first set the shipping plan in the Shipping and Delivery module of your admin panel. For details, please refer to "Setting Up Delivery Method."

 


 

Checkout Security and Trust

Enhance trust and boost conversion rates with the Checkout Security and Trust feature. This functionality enables you to seamlessly integrate payment icons and after-sales guarantee information on your product detail and shopping cart pages. Customers can easily access essential details about supported payment methods and after-sales commitments, fostering confidence and encouraging swift orders.

  1. In the app, click Checkout Security and Trust. Customize the Payment Security Information and After Sales Guarantee information.

    • Payment Security Information: Set the optional text, payment security icon, and display position.
    • After Sales Guarantee information: Set the display message and display position.
  1. After configuring, click Renew to save the settings and toggle on Enable Checkout Security and Trust to activate the feature.

Note: In the SHOPLINE theme editor, the checkout security and trust configurations for the product details page and the shopping cart have been removed. Now, you need to set these up in the Conversion Booster app, covering payment security info, icons, and after-sales guarantees. For stores that had previously configured these security and trust settings in the SHOPLINE theme editor, previous settings will migrate to the app automatically; for new stores, the app requires manual installation for these configurations.
