Setting Up Fixed Free Shipping

To offer free shipping for all orders, follow these steps:

1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Settings > Shipping and Delivery.
   
2. In the General shipping rates section, click Shipping rate setting. If you're a first-time user, click Add regional shipping fees.
   
3. Click Add a shipping zone, select the countries or regions where you want to offer free shipping, and click Create.
   
4. In the newly created group, click Add the shipping rates.
   
5. On the pop-up settings page, configure the following:

• • Set your own shipping rates: Check this option to define your custom shipping rate.
  • Shipping rate name: Enter a clear and descriptive name for the shipping rate. This name will appear at checkout.
  • Additional description: Optionally, add any relevant notes.
  • Cash on delivery is supported: Select this option if applicable to your store.
  • Charging method: Select Fixed shipping as the charging method.
  • Billing currency: Choose the currency used by your store.
  • Shipping rate: Enter 0 to indicate free shipping.

6. Click Done to add the shipping rate. 
7. Review the added shipping rate, then click Update to save your settings.

Setting Up Conditional Free Shipping

To offer free shipping based on specific conditions, follow Steps 1-4 from Setting Up Fixed Free Shipping, then:

5. On the pop-up settings page, configure the following:

• • Set your own shipping rates: Check this option to define your custom shipping rate.
  • Shipping rate name: Enter a clear and descriptive name for the shipping rate. This name will appear at checkout.
  • Additional description: Optionally, add any relevant notes.
  • Cash on delivery is supported: Select this option if applicable to your store.
  • Charging method: Select Fixed shipping as the charging method.
  • Billing currency: Choose the currency used by your store.

6. Click Add conditions to define the rules for free shipping:
   

6.1 Choose a condition type to determine when free shipping applies. Options include: By total product price, by total order price, by parcel weight, and by product quantity.

6.2 Based on the chosen condition, click + Range to set up shipping rate ranges. For example, you can charge $19.99 for orders with a total product value under $50, and offer free shipping for orders with a total product value over $50.

7. Click Done to add the shipping rate. 
8. Review the added shipping rate, then click Update to save your settings.
