Data Report Overview

For a fast, comprehensive overview of your retail business's performance across all your stores, utilize the POS Overview feature. This tool serves as your command center, displaying essential metrics and core sales data for each location on one clear dashboard.

Tracking Total Order Value across Stores

This section shows how to review the total order amount across all your stores or for any specific location within a chosen time frame. This enables you to identify top performers, track growth trends, and adjust your business strategy promptly.

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > POS > Overview. Then, select All stores or a specific store of your choice.

  2. Select your desired date range, and the system will automatically compare the data with the preceding date range, corresponding to the selected period.

    For example, if the date range selected is 2024.01.01-2024.01.17, the system compares the data with that of 2023.12.15-2023.12.31.

Analyzing Sales Performance for Individual Stores

In addition to the total order amount across stores, you can delve into the sales data of individual stores.

Store Performance Overview 

To view overall sales data for each POS store, go to Channels > POS > Overview on your SHOPLINE admin panel. The table on this page displays basic sales data, including the number of orders, total order value, refund amount, sales amount, and discounted amount for each POS store. Select the Date range to display data for a specific period.

Note: Sales amount = total order amount - refund amount.

 

Detailed Data Reports

To access detailed sales data for individual POS stores, go to Channels > POS > Overview on your SHOPLINE admin panel. On the table listing all stores, click on the one you want to view its sales details.

For individual stores, there are two types of sales data available for your review.

Sales Details

In the Sales details page, you can see a data dashboard displaying the paid amount, number of orders, and average order amount of the store within the specified date range. You can also view the collection method and payment amount details by each method on a daily basis.

Cash Tracking

In the Cash Tracking page, you can view the cash tracking records of the store. Click on any record to display details.
