SHOPLINE POS Subscription: Add, Renew, Upgrade

This section guides you through the lifecycle of your SHOPLINE POS store subscriptions, covering the processes of adding, renewing, and upgrading. Whether you're establishing new stores, extending services, or enhancing features, follow the steps below for efficient POS management and seamless multi-store growth.

 

Adding SHOPLINE POS Stores

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channel > POS > Store and click Add a store.

  2. Select the store's location and the preferred POS plan, then click Go to payment.

  3. Choose the payment frequency and payment method, review the bill details, and click Pay now.

  4. After completing the payment, view the added store and its subscription information in the Store section.

Note: The location selection list is derived from SHOPLINE admin > Settings > Location. If your desired location is not available, add it in the Location section.

 

Renewing SHOPLINE POS Store Subscription

If you want to continue using the store subscription when it is about to expire or has expired, follow these steps to renew your plan:

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > POS > Store, find the store to renew, and click Renew on the right.

  2. Select the plan and payment frequency, then click Go to payment.

  3. Choose the payment frequency and payment method, review the bill details, and click Pay now.

  4. After completing the payment, view the renewed store and its subscription information in the Store section.

Upgrading SHOPLINE POS Store Subscription

If you're upgrading from POS Lite to the Pro plan, follow these steps:

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > POS > Store, find the store to upgrade, and click Upgrade on the right.

  2. Select the plan to update and payment frequency, then click Go to payment.

  3. Choose the payment frequency and payment method, review the bill details, and click Pay now.

  4. After making the deficiency payment, the store subscription will be valid for the POS Pro plan.

Notes:
  • Refunds or additional payments may occur based on the remaining service period of the current plan.
  • Downgrading from POS Pro to POS Lite is currently not supported.

 


 

Efficient POS Access: Add Registers

Your SHOPLINE POS subscription includes one free register account for a cashier. To enable simultaneous access for additional staff, you can purchase more registers. This expands your team's ability to log in to the POS app concurrently, streamlining checkout and boosting productivity.

 

Purchasing More Registers

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > POS > Store, locate the specific store where you want to add registers, and click Add register on the right.

  2. Choose the number of registers and payment frequency, and click Go to payment.

  3. Choose the payment method, review the bill details, and click Pay now.

  4. After payment, check the quantity of purchases in the Registers tab of the Store section (displayed as A/B, where A is the occupied registers, and B is the total purchased).

Releasing Register

If all registers are occupied when logging in to the POS app, release unnecessary accounts temporarily to improve register utilization.

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > POS > Store. Click Register management to view details about accounts occupying cash registers.

  2. To forcibly log out of an account, click Release on the right.

Alternatively, instruct the account owner to log out via the POS app by going to Setting and clicking Quit current account.
