Product Recommendation: Enabling Similar Products Recommendation

Product recommendation provides a similar product recommendation function. When customers browse products, similar product recommendations helps improve order conversion.

 

 

Enabling Similar Products Recommendation

  1. Go to the Summary page and switch the Search similar products toggle on.
  2. A jump entrance is embedded in the List page, Search result page, Homepage featured products component, and Recommended products component for similar products in the store front. By clicking the jump entrance, the customer will be led to a display page of products that are associated with the product clicked, which are aggregated by AI algorithms and evaluated to be highly convertible, as shown in the figure below.
  3. You can click Settings to adjust the function entrance of similar products. You can place the function entrance of similar products in the upper left, lower left, upper right, and lower right corners.
