Back-in-Stock Notification—Data analysis

You can view data related to the back-in-stock function in the Wishlist App. You will learn how many customers have subscribed to the back-in-stock notification for this product over a certain period of time. This will help estimate the number of customers interested in purchasing this product.

Back-in-Stock Analytics

Access: Wishlist > Back-in-stock analytics

• Basic data:
  • You can check the number of products subscribed, the number of subscribers, the number of orders converted from back-in-stock notifications, the sales amount converted from back-in-stock notifications, and the ATV of orders converted from back-in-stock notifications within a certain period of time.

• Email data:
  • You can check the number of back-in-stock notification emails sent, delivered, read, clicked and the order conversion rate within a certain period of time.

• Data overview:
  • You can check the number of customers subscribing to a product as well as order volume, sales volume and other metrics of the product.
  • Please note that the table only includes products that have been subscribed by customers since the store starts operation, and the data displayed is only for the time range you specified.
