Wishlist: Viewing Back-in-Stock Data Analytics
The Wishlist app provides analytics for your store’s back-in-stock notification feature. You can view how many customers subscribed to back-in-stock notifications for your products during a specified period, helping you estimate customer interest and demand.
This article explains how to use the Back-in-stock analytics page in the Wishlist app to track customer subscriptions, email performance, and sales generated by back-in-stock notifications.
Accessing Back-in-Stock Analytics
In your SHOPLINE Admin, go to Apps > Wishlist > Back-in-stock analytics to view analytics for your store's back-in-stock notifications. Use the date picker in the upper-right corner to select the time period for the displayed data.
Understanding Basic Data
The Basic data tab provides an overview of your back-in-stock notification performance during the selected time period, including the following metrics:
- Subscribed products: Number of products that customers subscribed to for back-in-stock notifications
- Subscribed users: Number of customers who subscribed to back-in-stock notifications
- Order amount: Number of orders converted from back-in-stock notifications
- Sales: Sales generated from orders converted from back-in-stock notifications
- Average transaction value (ATV): Average order value of orders converted from back-in-stock notifications
Understanding Email Data
The Email data tab displays the performance of your back-in-stock notification emails during the selected time period, including:
- Sent: Number of emails sent
- Delivered: Number of emails delivered
- Opened: Number of emails opened
- Clicks: Number of email clicks
- Email conversion rate: Percentage of emails that resulted in an order
Understanding the Data Overview
The Data overview section displays product-level performance data for the selected date range. You can search for a specific product by entering its name in the search box and use the date picker in the upper-right corner to change the reporting period.
For each product, the table displays the following metrics:
- Subscriptions: Number of back-in-stock subscriptions for the product
- Subscribed users: Number of customers who subscribed to the product
- Order amount: Number of orders attributed to back-in-stock notifications
- Sales: Sales generated from orders attributed to back-in-stock notifications
- Conversion rate: Percentage of back-in-stock subscriptions that resulted in an order
- Sent: Number of back-in-stock notification emails sent
- Delivered: Number of emails successfully delivered
- Opened: Number of delivered emails opened by recipients
- Clicks: Number of clicks on links in the emails
