Creating Self-Pickup Orders
You can create self-pickup orders for customers when desired products are out of stock upon their arrival or when they are unable to take products immediately and require collection at a later time. With this feature, you can manage and track suspended transactions, allowing customers to conveniently collect products without canceling orders. This maximizes the order fill rate.
Creating Self-Pickup Orders
- Add products that need to be picked up to the cart, and then click the three-dot button and go to Other operation page.
- Select Create Pickup/Delivery.
- Choose Pickup in the Delivery type section. You can also select the pickup time and store in the section below.

- Click Total, and then choose either Tag as Unpaid or Confirm, collect payments now. You can view the order details in the Order section.
- If the customer is ready to make an immediate payment, select Confirm, collect payments now to complete the payment.
- If the customer is temporarily unable to make the payment, you can choose Tag as Unpaid. When the customer is ready to pay, you can find the order details in the Order section. Click Payment collection at the bottom.
- After the goods have been picked up, click Mark as picked and select Notify customer at the same time to remind the customer that the order has been completed.
