Cash Payment
The Cash Payment feature is a convenient payment method seamlessly integrated with SHOPLINE POS. By enabling cash payments for your POS stores, you offer flexibility to meet your customers' varied payment habits. Follow the instructions in this article to learn how to set up cash payments.
Enabling Cash Payment
To support customers' cash payments in the store, you must enable Cash Payment in POS.
- From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to POS > Settings > Payments.
- Choose the desired store, then click Modify payment plan.
- In the Cash payment section, click Enable. Once enabled, cash payments can be accepted at the SHOPLINE POS checkout for that store.
Applying Cash Payment
With cash payment enabled at the store, you can select it as the payment method when checking out orders for customers.
- After adding the purchased products to the customer's cart, click the Pay button.
- On the cashier page, select Cash as the payment method.
- You can enter the paid-in amount in the input box or select the preset amount based on the rounding rules. Tap Complete to complete the transaction.
