Sales Performance Report

POS sales performance reports give you a full view of your store's health and your staff's activities. You can explore detailed data, from store business trends to how each staff member is performing. This helps you keep track of progress, spot trends, and improve your sales strategies for the better results.

Access Real-Time Data on Your POS App

Stay on top of your store's performance with the SHOPLINE POS app. Three key analytics reports are available, providing you with valuable insights into sales and staff performances.

Note: SHOPLINE POS supports data viewing but not exporting. To export sales data reports, follow the steps outlined in the View and Export Reports from the SHOPLINE Admin section.

 

To view analytics reports on your POS app:

  1. Click the hamburger icon on the upper left corner to expand the left navigation bar.

  2. Click Analytics to access three key performance reports: store performance report, product sales report, and staff performance report.

Store Performance Report

In this report, conveniently review the general sales performance of the current store for any day before today, ensuring you stay informed about the store's business operation on time.

  1. Select the date on which you want to review the store performance data from the calendar on the left panel.

  2. Three types of data are available: business data, payment data, and sales category. Tap the one you want to view details.

  3. If needed, click Print on the lower right corner to print the daily closing report of this register from 00:00 to the current time of the day.

Product Sales Report

Here, view the details of sold products in this register within a specific period, enabling you to better understand the sales trend of the store.

  1. On the Product sales report page, click the filter button on the upper right corner.

  2. Set the filtering criteria based on your needs, then click Complete.

  3. Click any of the products on the list to access its Sales report details page. You can switch the time to see the product sales performance in different time frames.

Staff Performance Report

In this report, view the sales performance data of each staff member who has logged into this register.

  1. On the Staff performance report page, click Filter on the upper right corner.

  2. Set the filtering criteria based on your needs, then click Complete.

  3. Click any of the staff members on the list to access the Detailed staff performance report.

View and Export Reports from the SHOPLINE Admin

You can view and export store performance data reports via your SHOPLINE admin panel. This enables you to gain insights into your store data and customer behavior for further data analysis and tracking.

  1. From your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Channels > POS > Report. In the Store performance reports section, click on the report you desire to view to access the data details page.

  2. Set report criteria using the filtering options based on your needs and view the reports for insights. The following uses the Product sales report as a demo example.

  3. To export the report, apply preferred filters and click Export data. Confirm the export by clicking Export on the pop-up window. The reports will then be exported and downloaded in CSV or Excel format.
