Usage Requirements
To use the supported receipt printers with the SHOPLINE POS system, ensure that you meet the following requirements:
- Upgrade your SHOPLINE POS app to the latest version.
- Use a compatible iPad or iPhone running iOS 13 or later, or a compatible Android device running version 7.0 (Nougat) or later.
Setting Up the Receipt Printer
- Open your POS app and tap the hamburger icon in the upper left corner, then click Setting.
- Tap Hardware management > Add a hardware.
- On the "Select hardware type" page, select Printer.
- Choose the brand of your printer.
- Select the printer connection type based on the model you have purchased.
- Follow the instructions on the screen for printer installation.
