Integrating Member System with Product Review

Encourage customers to leave reviews and earn rewards with the Product Review plugin! This win-win strategy helps improve product credibility while rewarding customers for their feedback. Simply integrate the plugin with your Member System to set up reward rules and incentivize customers to share their experiences.

This guide will show you how to enable review integration and configure rewards to build a strong brand image and boost your sales.

 

 

Enabling Review Integration

Connect the Product Review plugin with your Member System by following these steps: 

  1. In your SHOPLINE admin panel, go to Apps > Member System.
  2. Within the Member System app, go to the Integrate section. Find the Product Review module and click Integrate.

  3. A pop-up window will guide you through the integration process.

3.1 Click Install now and complete the installation process. This step is skipped if the app has already been installed.

3.2 Click Integrate now to initiate the integration.

3.2 Once integrated, you can close the window or click View rules to set up reward points for reviews.

Notes: Integrating the Product Review plugin only enables customers to leave reviews. To incentivize them with rewards, refer to the "Configuring Reward Rules" section.

 

 

Configuring Reward Rules

Motivate customers to leave reviews by setting up reward points! Here's how:

  1. In the Member System app, go to the Integrate section. Locate the Product Review module and click Operate Now.

  2. Under Earn points, find Product Reviews and click it to access the settings.

  3. Define the following:

    • Applicable Member Range: Who can earn points for reviews (All Members, Specific Tiers, etc.)
    • Reward Points per Review: How many points customers get per review.
    • Review Limit per Product: The maximum number of reviews eligible for points per product.
  1. Click Update to save the settings.
Notes: This feature is only available for the Growth and Pro plans. To create point rules, upgrade your Member System plan if needed.

 

 

Canceling Integration

To stop awarding points for reviews, follow these steps below:

  1. In the Member System app, go to the Integrate section. Locate the Product Review module and click on it.

  2. In the pop-up window, click Cancel integration.

Notes: This action only removes the reward settings. Customers can still leave reviews on product pages.
