Common metrics in the performance report of the SHOPLINE POS app are defined as follows:
Metrics | Definition |
Sales | Sales = Subtotal amount - Discounted amount + Shipping fee + Sales tax + Tips + Shipping tax - Points deduction amount + Rounding adjustment amount + Tariff - Refund amount |
Refund amount | The actual refund amount generated by an order is recorded based on the time of successful refund |
Total order value | Total order amount = Subtotal amount - Discounted amount + Sales tax + Shipping fee + Shipping tax + Tips + Tariff - Points deduction amount |
Discounted amount | The discounted amount deducted for the customer by the customer-applied discount code and generated from manually created discounts. For calculation of the discounted amount, it is apportioned based on the proportion of the product’s subtotal relative to the subtotal amount of all products. |
Tax | The total amount of taxes generated by the order. |
Average transaction value | Average transaction value = Sales/Number of orders |
Paid orders | Number of paid orders |
Successful order amount | Total amount of paid orders |
